Emotional Bullying

Emotional bullying is when someone brakes your feelings and really hurts you on the inside.
For example: they could make fun of you, call names, tease you, lie to you, threatan you, etc.

Ways To Stop A Emotional Bullies

1 - Ignore and report the bully to a trusted adult
2 - Try talk to the bully and understand there issue
3 - Dont let your brain panic
4 - Stay with a freind, if you encounter the bully.
5 - Stand up and speak out
