Physical Bullying

Physical bullying is when someone is physically hurting you.
For example: someone trips you, someone throws your books, someone shoves you, someone punches you, etc.

Ways To Stop A Physical Bullies

1 - Ignore and report the bully to a trusted adult
2 - Try talk to the bully and understand there issue
3 - Keep distance from the bully
4 - Stay with a freind, if you encounter the bully.
